YOUTH DEFINED with My Harapan!

       

much has been said about nurturing the youth as future leaders, but these 'future Leaders' are very often not given the opportunity to voice out their views, to develop their social initiative projects, for the betterment of our country, 

myHarapan ('my hope' or 'harapanku') is a youth trust foundation that support youth and youth projects that contribute to social economy of Malaysia by providing platforms and opportunities.

    myHarapan believes in empowering Malaysian youth. they provide support for a diverse range of projects, from educating marginalized communities and feeding the homeless to helping rural folk keep their way of life alived by booth increasing and managing their incomes. In addition, they provide avanues for said youths to develop their skills sets and hone their talents via training, workshop, camps and mentoring programs.

   they are also connect these youths to various stakeholders to ensure they garner the support they need- lock,stock and barrel. Also to educate them on how best to present their projects, from conceptualization to executin and beyond. ecececehhhh kenmain speaking aku hoho!

   OK2.. sekarang da taw la kan serba sedikit ceritany pasal myHarapan ni. So kali ni pada tahun 2012 myHarapan sedang menganjurkan satu projek dimana kami sebagai remaja diberi cabarn cabaran untuk membuat sesuatu yg akan mengubah nasib remaja seusia kami di masa akan dtg insyallah. Banyak projek yang dibahaskan dan our project is more on how to guide people (youth) to increase their income!

    As we believe world are now get more challenging so we have to help them to get out from their (youth) comfort zone! we call this "REGIONAL MENTORING" nama group kitorng pulak Youth's Opportunist Unit (Y.O.U) . Untuk pengetahuan semua, setiap 2 3 bulan team kne buat pitching aka presentation. Basically the status and the progress on your project. Kalau berjaya , kita akan di bekalkan wang yg seestinya bukan untuk kami tp untuk projek itu sendiri.

day one adalah hari yg sgt memenatkn. masa tu la kne buat Pre-Pitching la, slides la project proposal la.. weyhhh PROPOSAL KOT! dah la aku yg kne buat.. mana la aku ni mahir buat. so what we did is we stright away met our mentor - haaa lupa nk cerita. dalam project YD ni kite mmg ada mentor untuk ajar kite step yg pastiny org yg jd mentor kitorng seorng yg berjaya juga.. so mmg mudah la kite nk buat kn? seronok sgt, dari pukul 11 malam saaaaaampai la pukul 7.30 pagi esoknya baru la siap prject Proposal yg aku buat tu.. semua da tertongeng2 mengantuk dgn mata pandany. dah siap aku terus balik sbb aku ada kerja kne buat so xdpt la nk join dorng buat pitching on the 2nd day tu.

2nd DAY:-

seperti yg aku cerita td aku balik sgt2 awal which is 7.30 am dan program tu stat pukul 8.30 tp aku betul2 xdpt join dorng siaaan dorang kakak cantik ni xde puiii  ! haaa gamba kat bawah ni la the real pitch! kite kne present dkt depan our potential sponsor perhaps our potential customer gitu!                                                      

Alhamdulilllah ya Allah. berbaloi jugak la kite perhempas pulas, xtidur semua. walaupun bukan la Juara untuk this 2n pitch tp kite dapat no3. syukur. next pitch we will do the very best Insyallah!
